Mumbai: Akshay Kumar’s mother Aruna Bhatia has been admitted to Mumbai’s Hiranandani Hospital.
According to reports, she is in a critical condition and details about her treatment have been kept confidential by the hospital at the family’s request.
She was admitted on Friday, 3 September evening and Akshay Kumar reached Mumbai in the wee hours of Monday, 6 September from the UK to be with his mother.
The actor was shooting for his upcoming movie, Cinderella, in the UK.
According to reports, the movie shooting is being continued as some particular scenes don’t require his presence.
Akshay is by his mother’s side at the hospital.
