Desk: Alia Bhatt's mother Soni Razdan was seen on Sunday entering the Mumbai
hospital where the actress is being treated, HN Reliance Foundation Hospital.
The soon-to-be parents Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor were recently seen driving
up to the hospital.
The couple
is expecting their first kid together after being married in a small ceremony
in April at their Mumbai home, Vastu. Alia announced her pregnancy in June on
her Instagram account with a photo of Ranbir from the hospital. Since then, she
has been sharing stunning photographs of her growing baby bump on her Instagram
account, giving her followers major pregnancy goals.
The
Kapoor family hosted a private baby shower for Alia Bhatt at their Vastu home
in Mumbai last month. Alia posted some beautiful images from the festivities
along with the words "just...love" and yellow heart emoticons. In the
pictures, Ranbir wears a light pink kurta with a white pyjama and looks smart
while Alia looks lovely in a yellow suit. Neetu Kapoor, Riddhima, Karisma, Shweta
Bachchan, Soni Razdan, Shaheen Bhatt, and Mahesh Bhatt were among the Kapoors
and Bhatts that attended the wedding.
On the professional front, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are currently enjoying the success of their most recent movie, Brahmastra. The film, directed by Ayan Mukerji, also starred Mouni Roy, Shah Rukh Khan, Nagarjuna, and Amitabh Bachchan. After that, Alia will appear in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, and Ranbir will star in Animal.
