Digital Desk: Finally the wait is over, the most expensive, exciting, and full of action cricket league, IPL 2022 is about to kickstart. Ipl 2022 Auction is going to start from February 2022.
Bengaluru is all set to welcome a total of 590 players all across the globe for the two-day mega auction happening on February 12 and 13, 2022 in Bengaluru.
In a press conference on Tuesday in Bengaluru, the authorities of the BCCI revealed the list of a total of 590 registered players who will go under the hammer during the two-day mega auction event for the 15
th edition of IPL.
The BCCI Has announced a total of 590 registered players for the auction, among the registered players, 228 are capped international cricketers, 355 are uncapped and the other 7 players belong to friendly nations.
According to the final list of registered players revealed by the BCCI, 370 players belong to the host country, India and the other 270 are overseas players.
The luck of these 590 players will shine bright on 12 and 13 February as 10 IPL franchises are looking forward to welcome new and experienced cricketers into their teams, the 10 IPL teams lined up this year are Chennai Super Kings, Delhi Capitals, Kolkata Knight Riders, Lucknow Super Giants, Mumbai Indians, Punjab Kings, Rajasthan Royals, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Sunrisers Hyderabad, and Team Ahmedabad.
INR 2 crore remains the highest reserve price with 48 cricketers falling in that bracket. 20 players have a reserve price of INR 1.5 crore while 34 players are on the list of cricketers with a reserve price of INR 1 crore.
