Earlier today, Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang asked residents to be cautious and avoid unnecessary travel.
This comes after 23 army men went missing following the severe flash floods that wreaked devastation in the state, with water levels rising to 15-20 feet downstream.
